What it does to the work
Breakfast begins as an informal meeting, because everyone shows up in the same dining room within half an hour. Nobody planned it. It just happens. And the conversations that start over coffee and eggs from local farms continue in a way they never would if half the team were in an anonymous hotel buffet with three other companies.

In the off-season, from October through March, the entire hotel is available for exclusive use. We work with your team on catering, activities, and room setup. And then we step back, because the best thing we can do is give you the frame and let you fill it.
