General

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Allinge Badehotel ApS, CVR: 41019387, Løsebækgade 3, 3770 Allinge, Denmark. By making a reservation, you accept these terms.

Booking and Confirmation

A reservation is binding once you have received written confirmation from us via email. The confirmation contains details about your stay, including dates, room type and price. We encourage you to review the confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if there are any discrepancies.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT. The price for your stay is stated in your booking confirmation.

Payment can be made using the payment methods indicated at the time of booking. Full payment must be received no later than check-in, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 15:00 on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: No later than 10:30 on the day of departure.

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged by prior agreement and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply:

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation. The full amount will be refunded.
  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: The full amount will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@allingebadehotel.dk.

No-show

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount for the entire reserved stay will be charged.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in all stays and is served in the hotel's breakfast restaurant. Serving times will be communicated at check-in.

Smoking and Pets

Smoking: Allinge Badehotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including in guest rooms. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the hotel, out of consideration for all guests and the hotel's historic interior.

Limitation of Liability

Allinge Badehotel assumes no liability for loss of or damage to guests' belongings during their stay, unless the loss is caused by the hotel's intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel's property caused during their stay and may be charged compensation accordingly.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Danish courts.
